Our universality is best expressed through the growth of regional liaison centers. Our ten centers are at present located at Nassau, The Bahamas; Santiago, Chile; Prague, Czech Republic; Cairo, Egypt; Freiburg, Germany; Chennai (Madras), India; Baghdad, Iraq; Safat, Kuwait; Johannesburg, South Africa; Geneva, Switzerland. To this number, we are now negotiating the establishment of four more such centers in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Greece. Each of these centers renders very valuable services to SUNSGLOW in the following ways: hosting our programs; advising on facilities, faculty, and program infrastructure; and at times participating in our programs held away form their locations. Each of the centers is headed by a distinguished person who may or may not be in the legal and judicial field. In order to establish such a center, we do not require a designated building, nor do we require an elaborate infrastructure. A center is only a calling point of advice and support every once in a while when SUNSGLOW needs to host a program in the area covered by that center.
